STEP 1

trim your wick

Always make sure your wick is trimmed to 1/4" before lighting to ensure the best flame. You may use scissors or one of our wick trimmers to create a clean and safe burn.

STEP 2

the first burn

The candle should be burnt to the edges during its first flame to prevent the wax from tunnelling.

STEP 3

enjoy

Never leave your lit candle unattended, and don't burn for more than 4 hours at a time. Burn only on stable, heat resistant surfaces.

STEP 4

the last burn

Once the wick has reached 1/4"-1/2" in length, it is the end of its life. Lighting a candle without enough wax can cause the jar to overheat. Please recycle the jar or drop off to one of our recycling stations so that we can reuse it for the next candle lover.
